I’m working on that one at the moment - text based only to start with, but hopefully built into the business process.
It’s easy to underestimate the value of testimonials and surprising how few businesses use them or publish them.
Particularly if you’re busines-to-business and working in a local market, they can be extremely valuable if attributed to a specific person, company name and location - people may even know them.
As I say, I’m working on it - and a very useful reminder to bring it back up the list.
