It's easy to underestimate the value of testimonials and surprising how few businesses use them or publish them.
Particularly if you're busines-to-business and working in a local market, they can be extremely valuable if attributed to a specific person, company name and location - people may even know them.
As I say, I'm working on it - and&#160;a very useful reminder to bring it back up the list.</description>
