I prefer “Client-focused”. Sounds more “small business”, less “corporate”.

A multi-billion, multi-national that wastes millions of dollars on “image advertising” instead of a real, honest focus on client service and long-term relationships… Huh???

Sure, you’re “customer-centric”.
